Easy Maine Potato Scallop

Doesn't get any simpler than this!

Ingredients:

  • 10 Yukon Gold or other round white Maine potato, cooked and mashed
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

 Directions:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients, place in a buttered casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. 
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
