Easy Maine Potato Scallop
Doesn't get any simpler than this!
- 10 Yukon Gold or other round white Maine potato, cooked and mashed
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- Mix all the above ingredients, place in a buttered casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
